Lamjen Precision Machining Capabilities
Our capabilities include CNC Milling, CNC Turning, Boring, Drilling, Grinding, Honing and Tapping. Our CNC machining capabilities and state of the art programming gives us the ability to machine tight tolerances on complex geometries in both ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The materials we work with include but are not limited to alloy, aluminum, brass, bronze, carbon, copper, Inconel, Monel, Nitronic, stainless, and titanium. Our raw materials and products are controlled by an in-house quality assurance department dedicated to monitoring operations, inspecting finished products, and keeping a verifiable record to ensure complete traceability on each job.
Manual & CNC Machining
LAMJEN machines parts with the very latest technologies. Our extensive precision machining capabilities range from CNC milling, CNC turning with live tooling, large diameter turning up to 40”, boring, facing, threading, grooving, trepanning, and tapping as well as manual machining processes that meet fast-turnaround times and extremely tight tolerances.
Value Added Services
In addition to our precision machining capabilities, LAMJEN facilitates a variety of processes and services both in-house and through our sister companies within The Custom Group to manufacture components according to exact customer requirements. We facilitate services to fully assemble, package, and ship for a complete turnkey solution. In addition to custom precision machining services, our secondary services include deep hole drilling, gun drilling, oxy-fuel and plasma burning, grinding, sand blasting, welding, heat treating, painting and coating, product testing, assembly, and inventory management.
